Add what you eat by searching for it or scanning the barcode with your camera. Pick how much you had and Cup adds the macros into your day for you.

You can also pull in your sleep, movement and water history from Apple Health: on your iPhone open Health, tap your picture, choose Export All Health Data, unzip the file it makes (press and hold it in Files, then Uncompress), and pick export.xml in Cup under Settings, Import Apple Health. Numbers you typed yourself always win over synced ones.
Cup keeps working without internet, so you can log anywhere. To keep it one tap away, open it in your phone browser and choose Add to Home Screen.
